I had wanted to do a gingerbread house last year, but no time.... this year we made it one of our holiday projects. The kids had fun, but we didn't come anywhere near the picture and our roof fell off. I think next year we will stick to gingerbread people :) Notice the ring of frosting around Katie's mouth - she was on a sugar high for awhile.
