Our first summer adventure started with a trip to Ohio
Along the way we made a few stops -
we stopped in Hot Springs Arkansas
What a cool town - I can't wait until we can
go back and spend more time exploring this great town
When we got to Ohio we were so
excited to spend the first day at the Saint Clare Festival
We ate great food and the girls rode the rides
face painting and a fun fair day
We took a day trip to see Lake Erie at Edgewater Park.
It was too windy and too wavy to actually swim
but the kids had fun exploring the park

A wonderful day was spent at the Great Lakes Science Center
They had an entire top floor of experiments for hands on for the kids
Of course I drug everyone about a quarter mile to
see the giant stamp - because why not?
I took the kids and the cousins to Cuyahoga National Park
Our first hike took us to the tallest waterfall in Ohio
Our second hike took us around the ledges
So much fun hiking to the overlook!

On the way home we stopped to see
the Topiary Garden in Columbus Ohio
And the Parthenon in Nashville!
This was so cool - we got to go into the Parthenon
and see the statue of Athena
Great Summer Vacation for 2017!
