Katie had a great Birthday. The weather was beautiful and we took the kids to their favorite place - the zoo.
First thing in the morning, Katie got her birthday balloons.
Then it was off to the zoo. They had a great time, as usual running from animal to animal. It is a lot of fun now because they both walk through most of the zoo and really like watching the animals.
We decided to take the kids on the Carosel for Katie's Birthday. She was less than thrilled with this idea. You can't see her in the picture because she has a death grip around Daddy's neck. The first idea for her birthday was to take her to the State Fair and ride the rides - however, we are glad we changed our minds - I don't think she would have got on one ride.
